Initially, Mr. Yurong Zhang ran trade business only. In 2003, he decided to put an investment of USD4,989,400 into building up a seafood processing plant by 3 stages which now mainly deals with octopus series products. After the first-stage project completed in April 2004, the plant covers an area of more than 8,700 square meters with total construction area of nearly 5,000 square meters. The freezing capacity is 1,000MT and the quick freezing capacity is 20T/2h. Considering the separation of human, goods, water and air comprehensively, every working room, aisle, channel and platform are carrying out germfree technique.
